Before I go any further, I must say a very sincere Thank YOU to a number of women who inspired me in making Heavenly Hoops ^TM a success.  I am so grateful for all of your help with these amazing hoops!!
With all of the knowledge that I have gained over the years working in the metaphysical community and studying & studying different approaches to help 'heal' our Planet, never did it occur to me that it would all come together in a 'hoola hoop.'

Mind

When we re~visit our happy memories from our youth we bring those memories into the present moment and create JOY.  In that present moment we feel uplifted.  Our mind clears and calms. We become relaxed as our mind quiets and stress and tension slip away. 
We become conscious of our breathing and our surroundings as the movement of the hoop takes us to a place
where all inhibitions slip away.

Body

Exercising enhances our entire being.

~Promotes physical movement by toning & stretching our muscles.~

Spirit

Heavenly Hoops, ^TM are a tool to re~ balance and align you with your
'higher consciousness'.
The circular movement of 'hula hooping' creates a vortex of energy that complements your own energy systems. As you 'hoop', an energy center opens at the base of your spine and travels down where it grounds and balances you with the Earth.  As you continue to 'hoop' this energy increases and rises in an upward spiral as it opens and aligns your Sacred Centers bringing you to a 'higher level of awareness.'  Once you have reached this 'peaceful place' transformation, healing and a connection to your own life force begins.  The energy of Love radiates for yourself and others as you ascend to a higher spiritual awareness.



Well now that the Mind, Body & Spirit have been talked about lets go back to that "Energy" part talked about in "Spirit."

The universe is filled with tiny particles of energy.  Everywhere we look there is energy.  The trees, the flowers, the planet & you are all made up of energy. 

Your 'aura' or 'Bio-energy' is nothing but an electromagnetic field surrounding 
you. It has all the characteristics of any other electromagnetic field. Following the atomic model of quantum physics we are all primarily vibrations made up of the same basic elements as the rest of the universe.
